Convenient location near park, supermarkets, and seafront. Comfortable beds and clean furnishings. Spacious lounge and double room. Nice garden area, although outdoor seating could be better. Reasonable-sized bathroom with good shower. Permits for parking. Close proximity to railway station, beach, and grocery stores. Easy access to nearby attractions via train, including Arundel, Brighton, and South Downs. Welcoming and helpful host. Homely and cosy cottage with modern facilities. Competitively priced. Nice outdoor area, including outdoor toilet. Local shops and bars nearby. Short walk to seafront and town. Comfortable beds and good night's sleep. Host went above and beyond to accommodate us. Ideal location for beach and town. Will keep the cottage in mind for future visits.

I had a wonderful stay at Kingfisher Cottage. The location was great, with a park nearby and supermarkets within walking distance. The beds were comfortable and the cottage was clean and well presented. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden and having breakfast outside. The extra touches like the games cupboard and DVD library were a nice bonus. Although the stairs were a bit steep, it didn't cause any issues for me. I highly recommend Kingfisher Cottage for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We were able to walk to the beach, the park, and the supermarkets without any hassle. It was also convenient to take day trips to nearby places like Arundel, Brighton, and the South Downs, thanks to the nearby railway station. Another advantage was the comfortable beds, which made for a good night's sleep.
Sadly, the cleanliness of the property was a letdown. It seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned before our arrival, with dust everywhere and an overall feeling of being unclean.

The cottage had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A big bonus was the homely and clean atmosphere, with comfortable beds ensuring a GREAT night's sleep. The hosts were also very accommodating, offering early check-in, a lift, and a late check-out.
